To the first-time visitor Tokyo can feel like a never-ending concrete maze of skyscrapers and neon lights – while this is kind of true to life, there’s a lot more to be discovered than first meets the eye. There are pockets of the city that are stacked with history and have seen little change over the past few decades, these parts are tucked away among areas that seemingly undergo a new facelift every other year. It’s the juxtaposition of these very different elements that makes living and working here so interesting. Thanks to my work I am continuously discovering new parts of Tokyo, which I’m happy to share with you here…
